RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Barry's Bees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your honey purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened honey products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened honey products.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in resalable condition

Damaged or Defective Products

If your honey arrives broken, damaged, or there's a quality issue with the product itself, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:

  • Send a replacement at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable for damaged items)

We will provide you with return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened honey products (due to food safety regulations)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
