At Barry's Bees, we take great care in packaging and shipping our honey products to ensure they arrive safely at your door.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time - check at checkout for current offers.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping of honey products can be complex due to customs regulations and import restrictions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.
Packaging
We take extra care to ensure your honey arrives safely:
- Each jar is carefully wrapped and cushioned
- Packaging is designed to protect glass jars from impact during transit
- All packages are sealed securely to prevent damage
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged in Transit: If your honey arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to resolve the issue
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact us immediately if you need to update your address before shipment.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes, but please note that some expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- International addresses (outside the United States)
- APO/FPO addresses (military addresses) - [adjust based on your preference]
Weather Considerations
Honey is a natural product that can be affected by extreme temperatures. During very hot or cold weather, we may delay shipments or use special packaging to protect your honey. We'll notify you if weather conditions affect your order.
